HR Officer

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talents as well as contribute innovation to make the company a better place to work.

If you are passionate about recruitment and communication, you will be a good fit for our team. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the team and executives.

Responsibilities

Search, hunt, and approach potential IT candidates
Work closely with the executive team to understand recruitment needs
Create a talents pool to support the hiring process
Work with the external teams, agencies to hire the suitable candidates
Build, manage and maintain a network with potential candidates
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process (from screening to onboarding)
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Assist and improve internal activities (training, workshop, team building, etc.)
Be actively create and build employer branding on social media
Assist other HR tasks

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, especially in the IT industry
You are kind, supportive, open-minded, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
You know how to communicate and deal with people
You have a willing-to-do attitude to accomplish the goals
Proficient in MS Office; GSuite and other apps to assist tasks
You have the ability to self-manage your tasks and time
BSc/BA in HR, business administration, social studies, or relevant fields (but not limited to any certain major)
