We’re hiring a detail-oriented assistant to support our outbound sales efforts by researching and sourcing high-quality leads. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours-as long as you overlap with Vietnam working hours.
- Use Apollo.io and LinkedIn to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
- Collect and enter accurate information:
• Full name
• Job title
• Company name
• Verified email
• LinkedIn profile
• Company website - Add short, relevant context notes (e.g., “posted AI job,” “manual CRM use”).
- Maintain clean, deduplicated records in Airtable or Notion.
Meet a weekly output target of 100–150 verified leads.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Hunter, or similar lead-gen tools.
- Strong LinkedIn research skills and pattern recognition for buyer signals.
- Great attention to detail - your data is clean, complete, and useful.
- Comfortable writing in English. (No calls required-this is a research role.)
